Online Video Pre-license Class:

Refund Policy:
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on our pre-license and continuing education courses when the student hasn't completed the course work. All printed material is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We guarantee you will pass your licensing exam on the first attempt with our study criteria. If you do not pass the licensing exam after scoring 95% on all the exam practice topics and completing the video certificate courses within the first 60 days from purchase, we will extend all your online study for an additional 30 days. A copy of the licensing exam scores must be provided.

Some wireless & router connections might have trouble with CDI required tracking security enabled to track your online progress, please contact tech support for help resolving any issues. Pausing videos longer than 2 minutes might cause transcript recording issues.

Our video tracking doesn't work on IOS 9.x upgrade (Not compatible with iPad), this upgrade has problems with all LMS systems because the security and tracking required by the CDI might cause glitches in some browsers & operating systems. Call us to resolve any issues.
